So, I have had a thing for Zebras lately. Can you tell?

photo 4_4Something about them is aesthetically pleasing to me, but I think it goes beyond that. I am drawn to them, much like I am drawn to feathers. In fact, and not to spoil anything, but the Zebra part in The Life of Pi movie was most evocative for me.

So, a sweet friend of mine posted some sales on my Facebook that were going on at Pier 1. And I came across this guy, a wooden wall hanging:

zebraAnd he had to be mine.

I am not sure, yet, exactly where he will live, though I suspect in here.

But in any case, he’s mine.
