And seriously, my real life friend still threatened to accidentally throw the dried ol’ things into the garbage, but I think that I found a way to have my hydrangea fix in the entry.

I re-purposed an Ikea white ceramic pot from my kitchen and cut down the dried hydrangea stems and voila: something permanent, and I think (I think?) pretty.
